LINK IT UP THURSDAY #55

Happy times it's PARTY DAY!  I'm so glad you have come back to join in the fun.  We've had a pretty full week, full of epic fails and happy successes.  For those of you who missed it on Facebook I thought I would share a photo of the Epic Cookie Fail.

Yes, it's an ice cube tray.  Yes, it said it was silicone. No, it didn't say I could cook in it.  It was totally my own stupidity that it melted.  I have other BAKING silicone that I love. So just a warning, make sure you are cooking with baking silicone!

I even got a whiter smile this week and get to give away the same at home teeth whitening system to one of you.  You can enter the giveaway here.

Our most viewed link of last week was:

Y'all are AMAZING  go ahead and grab yourself a Featured Button!

I want to see everything you have to link up! Old projects, new posts, giveaways, recipes, crocheting, any and everything.  If you have more than one thing to link up, even better.  Here are the very simple rules.

1.  Please keep it family friendly.
2. Please link back or grab a button so others can share in the fun.
3.  Following would be nice. (but don't feel you have to)
4. Have fun, be inspired. Try to visit the 2 links ahead of you.

If you would like an e-mail reminder about the party let me know in the comments. Make sure you leave your e-mail address with your comment. I will happily add you to the list.

Thanks for hosting. And thanks for sharing your "fails". We all need to see every project doesn't turn out perfect. It's character-building, right? Have a great week.

I was going to ask your secret for keeping the bottom of your oven so clean. Then I realized the oven rack is over a sink! Now we all know, don't attempt to cook in an ice cube tray.

I am three weeks into a month of eating the Wahls Diet which is all about eating the right nutrients for brain health. I'm sharing a recipe which may sound odd: Sardine Avocado and Citrus Salad. Have you ever actually tried a sardine? They are actually pretty tasty, reasonably priced and have lots of good nutrients like omega-3s, calcium and protein without the mercury that larger predator fish like tuna have. I ate them once a week while I was pregnant and I still do as a breast feeding mom.

I also linked up a post on several of the strategies I've developed to make sure I get all my nutritious food everyday:

Thanks for hosting!

I drop a leave a response when I especially enjoy a post on a blog or I have something to add to the conversation.

It's triggered by the sincerness displayed in the post I read. And after this article "LINK IT UP THURSDAY #55". I was actually excited enough to drop a thought ;-) I actually do have 2 questions for you if you usually do not mind. Is it just me or does it look like like some of these responses come across like written by brain dead folks? :-P And, if you are writing on other sites, I would like to keep up with you. Could you list every one of your shared sites like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
