Today's inspiration comes from the Silly Sacks section.
It's so simple to make and fun to eat.
We came up with the name. I think it is called fruit snake in the book.
As you can see it's super easy to make. Just cut up strawberries and bannan's in smilar sizes (leave one whole for the head). I put mine on a skerw it didn't call for that step in the book. We used upside down chocolate chips for the eyes. The kids loved it, we were hisssssssssing like ssssssssnakesssssss all day.
The other one we made is from the cupcakes section. {I couldn't find a link to the cupcake book}
Dino Cupcakes. Grrrrrrrrr
You start with one Tootsie Roll or similar candy.
Add some sprinkles and your done.
The kids have loved these too.
They're little hands are so quick! I didn't even see her until I snapped the photo.
Thanks for stoppin' by and hangin' out.

My grandson loves strawberries and bananas! (Bless his heart, he asks for fruit!) I can't wait to make him this snake! Thanks for sharing it this morning!
Kadie...these are adorable!! I am totally pinning them for our future weekly themes of dinos and reptiles! Thanks so much for sharing :)
This is such a great idea to make fruit more interesting. I am definitely making this next time my nephew comes to visit.
Oh, how fun!! The dinos are adorable, but the fruit snakes for everyday lunches are a brilliant idea!
What fun! Love the dinos :)
So you know I'll be stealing these for one our Fun Food Friday's, right? :)
I'll need to check out that cookbook.
