This week's photo challenge was dinner. This one turned out better than I thought it would. I had two dinner's I took photo's of.
This one:
Grilled Chicken with Grilled Garlic Bread and Pesto Pasta.
Which by the way was as delicious as it looks. The pesto recipe comes from Terry at These Peas Taste Funny. I had never made pesto before, and as my kiddos said, it is a total do again!!
And this one:
BBQ Burger's with Green Salad
This is one of our favorite summertime meals.
They are so easy, and yummy. We put BBQ rub in the hamburger meat then on top of it before we grill them. Then we put our favorite BBQ sauce on top with what ever toppings you want.
It took me a while to decide which photo to link up to the Challenge.
In the end I chose this photo. So yummy..... ok I am going to get a snack. I made myself hungry!
